Process-of-Change-ManagementHaving completed the Introduction to Change Management module, students will have a comprehensive understanding of core change management principles, models and practices and their applicability in an organisation. In this two-day module, students will be primed to apply the process of change management in their respective business environments. During the Change Lab, students will first experience adaptive complexity and practice navigating a complex change, in a powerful simulation. Thereafter, they will have the opportunity to identify areas in need of change in their organisations, make recommendations in language that resonates with the organisation, enrol the whole organisation in the change efforts and implement and manage change in a team, department or division.
