Inavit iQ Leadership, WorldsView Academy and the SAODN invite you to an executive conversation about future-fit leadership.
From an enterprise landscape perspective, we live in a VUCA world with ever-increasing Volatility, Uncertainty (or Unpredictability), Complexity and Ambiguity. This context leads to increased (and often unplanned and unexpected) interdependencies and seamlessness. How we need to think about boundaries, control and power is very different.
This enterprise landscape has some specific implications for leadership, such as:

  • A breakdown in shared understanding of what leadership is;
  • Greater, unrealistic expectations of leadership: ‘leadership on steroids’;
  • Accelerating mistrust, anger with, suspicion of, and disillusionment in institutional leadership experienced as a sense of alienation from leaders; and
  • Leadership no longer have any place to hide: in public, investor and regulatory eyes anytime, anywhere, anyhow.
How do we respond as leaders of our organisations to the challenge of building the leadership capability required to succeed in this environment?
Join other executives, and our panel of leadership experts, for an exploration of contemporary approaches to leadership development.

Prof. Theo Veldsman, recognised pioneer in change navigation, strategic people management and future-fit leadership development in South Africa
